I'm sorry but I didn't say *anything* about "MMULIB"
(whatever that does ?)

Here is my original mail: (snipped) read it again.....

OK, "Segtracker" allows you to get a better description
of what the task name that performed the violation is.
It does not do anything else, so you can start it up
early in the SS (after setpatch), so that all the stuff you start
in SS gets identified too...

Now, enforcer archive can be downloaded here:
http://www.sinz.org/Michael.Sinz/Enforcer/index.html

But be warned, it makes your machine grind to a halt,
so forget starting it up all the time as if it were a commodity. !!!

Use it ONLY when you want to find a crash.... !!
Stick it in the c: directory..

>From a shell, type: Enforcer PARALLEL DEADLY

Make sure you have a printer connected to your parallel port
& quite a bit of paper in it...

After you start it, use the suspect tools/ programs normally
until you find the "Bad Hit" .

Although the purists would say that ANY hit is a "bad hit".

Note: Not all "Hits" cause crashes, so it's hard for me
to tell you what to look for, you really need to be an ASM coder
to get meaningfull info from the output.

But if a particular program is "causing hits" I am sure the
author would be interested in it.... (if he's still writing for it)

Just make sure you have your "stuff" updated to recent
versions, older versions have been generally updated for
2 reasons, 1- they had bugs that needed fixing, 2- new features.

Do not use "Hacks" & "Patches" (except setpatch) without
a damn good reason...

Stay away from MCP unless you know exactly what you are doing.
Stay away from MCP if you think you know what you are doing...
